Our Learnings

What We’ve Learned

Learning is one of our core values. As a collective, we view learning not just as a reflection, but as a driver of deeper impact and lasting change in our schools. We track and measure the impact of our work through systematic monitoring and evaluation, sharing our findings in quarterly and annual reports.

2024 Annual Impact Report

  • PADS Education: Before our PADS programme, many girls didn’t attend school during their periods. After distributing over 800 packs of sanitary pads and holding open discussions on menstrual health, attendance rose by more than 50%.

  • Child Rights Training: Our workshops on child rights and the UNCRC showed that awareness transforms behaviour. In just four weeks, children’s comprehension improved by 50%, and they began sharing what they learned with peers and family.
  • We reached 940 students across 16 schools with our anti-social behaviour workshops.
We learned that positive behaviour flourishes when children understand why their actions matter and when lessons are delivered in ways that speak their language.

“Students learned to recognise behaviours that impede progress and are now more mindful in their communities.”
