How We Work
Our Process
Preparation
We survey the district and create a catalogue of all the schools. Together with the Ghana Education Service, we decide which schools need our help the most. Each year, we add one school to our network and gradually reduce our support for the school we’ve been helping the longest. This way, we can focus on supporting new schools better.
Intervention
Our team then visits the chosen school for about two weeks to watch how teachers teach and students learn. We talk to the staff, teachers, students, and the Parent-Teacher Association to get their ideas and support.
Review
After this, we create a plan to help the school and start trying it out. Once the project is done, we work with others to check how well it worked, make sure everything went smoothly for the students, and see if we need to make any changes.
