How We Work

Our Process

Preparation

The Ghana Education Service staff assist us in identifying school communities that could benefit from our various school intervention activities.

Intervention

With the oversight of our team members, we visit the school and spend about two weeks observing the teaching and learning. We meet with the staff, teachers, children, and the Parent-Teacher Association, particularly its president to gain their support and involvement. Based on our this, we then draft a pilot intervention and begin implementing it at the school.

Review

Once a project is complete, we work with our partners to collect data, ensure the process went smoothly for students, and highlight any changes that need to be made moving forward.
