How We Work

Preparation

We started in 2018 by mapping every school in the district and found that there are over 130 schools. Through our school programs and workshops, available to every school, our team identifies schools that could benefit most from our support. We provide resources, additional training, and guidance to both students and staff, helping improve learning and teaching outcomes.

Intervention

For two weeks, we immerse ourselves in the chosen school. We observe lessons, meet students, staff, and the Parent Teacher Association, and identify challenges — building trust and understanding from day one. We then make our intentions known to the Director of Education and seek permission to access the school fully, ensuring we can provide support where it is most needed.

Review

We design and implement a tailored plan. After the project ends, we check back to see what worked, what improved, and what could be better. This feedback helps us refine and scale successful approaches.
